Are your products really Canadian?
We strive to ensure our products are as Canadian as possible. Our designs come from our head office in Brampton, Ontario; our production facility is in Montreal, Quebec, and all of our clothing is sourced, as often as possible, from Canadian-owned companies.
That being said, clothing manufacturing and materials are more prominent overseas and clothing factories are rarely found within Canada. Because of this, some clothing may list a "Made in" tag from another country.
Can I cancel my order?
At this time, we have an incredibly small window to cancel an order once it's been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like us to attempt to cancel your order. Be sure to include your email address and order number in your message.
If the brief window has passed and we cannot cancel your order, it will be shipped.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
At this time, we have an incredibly small window to update a shipping address before an order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if it's possible to update the shipping address on your order. Be sure to include your email address, order number, and the correct shipping address in your message.
Once your order has been processed, we highly suggest making changes through the carrier.
How do I modify the items in my order?
At this time, we are not able to make any changes to the items in your order once the order has been placed. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, the best course of action will be to place a new order.
Does Elbows Up Canada offer free shipping?
We offer ground shipping on all orders in Canada, the USA, and Europe at a flat rate based on the region. All offered shipping methods and shipping timelines are provided upon checkout.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
At this time, we prioritize shipping through Canadian carriers, especially Canada Post. International shipping is based on the best Canadian option if possible and will otherwise ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for US orders.

When will my order ship?
Thanks so much for placing an order with us and supporting Canadian businesses. The processing time for Elbows Up Canada products is typically 2-10 business days. All of our products are made-to-order and take time to get into production. Occasionally, delays due to high product volume or limited supplies may cause delays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your Elbows Up order is on its way.
While the processing and shipping times will depend on the items that you have purchased, please note that we cannot guarantee the timeline for when an order will ship. Contact us if you have any other questions.
I selected an expedited shipping option, so why hasn't my order shipped yet?
The current processing time for orders is 2-10 business days (depending on which products you ordered). Once an order has left our warehouse, the delivery speed will be based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
If one item in my order is back-ordered, when will my package ship?
We strive to ship all of our orders as fast as possible. If your order has an item that is not currently in stock, your entire order will ship when that item is back in stock. If you need part of your order more quickly, contact us, and we'll let you know if there's a way to make this happen.
If necessary, we may contact you if there are no available timelines for new stock, so you have the option to cancel or change your order.
My order was marked as delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?
If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the delivery location, please verify the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.
Additionally, packages may be prematurely marked as delivered. We suggest waiting three business days for your package to arrive after the listed delivery date. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us, and we'll find a solution!
Please note that lost packages must be reported to us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
Why is my order coming in multiple/separate shipments?
We aim to get you your order as quickly as possible. In order to do so, we may send your items in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation for each one. Your order total will not be affected by this.
What are your return and exchange policies?
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love the feel of your new clothing. If you are unhappy with the quality of the material or the production quality, we are happy to exchange your product if it was purchased within 30 days. of purchase.
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer product returns.
